This guy is responsible for all things Pedal Play. He is slowing getting older and is often refered to as played-out by his younger friends. Mr. Scott can usualy be found with the "latest and greatest "bling bling"" on his new color matched carbon fiber two wheeler. All in all Scott is a cool guy who loves to talk about bikes and loves seeing the happiness people get from bikes.
